Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy

FCD Brands follows the terms and conditions outlined below for returns and exchanges:

  • We strive to facilitate our valued customers by allowing exchanges for products purchased online under the following terms and conditions.
  • Customers are advised not to accept parcels if the package is damaged or the seal is broken.
  • Products can be exchanged Life Time from the order date and must belong to the same category. The items must be unused, in their original condition, with price tags intact, and accompanied by the invoice. FCD Brands will not accept returns or exchanges if care instructions have not been followed.
  • For footwear, size exchanges are available within 10 days of delivery, but only for the same product. Exchanges for different items or categories will not be entertained.
  • We do not offer cash refunds. In exceptional cases, a coupon of the same value will be issued for E-Store customers only. This coupon will be valid for 7 days and redeemable on the E-Store.
  • If an FCD Brands outlet is unavailable in your city, email us at fcdbrands@gmail.com with your order ID and details of the exchange request. For damaged or missing products, please contact us immediately at [insert contact number] upon receiving the parcel.
  • Exchanges will be subject to stock availability and must remain within the same category. All returned items will undergo inspection at the FCD Brands warehouse. If the items are found to be used, washed, mishandled, or not in their original condition, we will not process the return or exchange.
  • Accessories and discounted items (sale items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Section 2: Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only in exceptional cases. Currently, we do not offer refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.

Refund Process: If a refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your Credit/Debit card within 14 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact your bank. Refunds for sale items are not available.


Section 3: Shipping

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 99 will be applied to all nationwide orders.

  • For returns or exchanges, customers are required to courier the product to the following address:

    Please include the order number on the parcel.

  • Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location. FCD Brands will bear the shipping cost if the provided order was damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the shipping cost for returns and exchanges.


Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy

We keep track of all customer shipments after dispatch in collaboration with our courier partners. However, we cannot guarantee delivery in every case.
